Swimming with Dolphins in the Florida Keys

Have you ever wanted to swim with the dolphins in the Florida Keys? Hawks Cay’s ocean-fed saltwater lagoon is home to a friendly pod of bottlenose dolphins and the Dolphin Connection program. Unique experiences allow guests the opportunity to view, interact and learn about the dolphins and Florida’s marine ecosystem. If you’ve ever wanted to swim with the dolphins, Hawks Cay is the only resort in the mainland United States that offers dolphin viewing on site and a variety of interactive programs for every age.

Reservations are required for all of our Dolphin Experiences.

Guests with medical restrictions or special needs are required to email [email protected] or call (305) 289-9975 to make a reservation. There is a ramp to access the Dockside Dolphins experience. Please note that there are no lifts for the in-water experiences.

Dolphin Discovery

$229.99 per person/ Participants must be 48 inches tall to participate in the Dolphin Discovery program. Children 48-54 inches must be accompanied by a paying adult (1 adult per child).

Dockside Dolphins

$99.99 per person / Children 4 years and under must be accompanied by a paid adult participant 18 years or older. One paid adult participant per group of children. Children 2 and under are no charge but must be accompanied by a paid adult.

Dolphin Trainer for a Day

$379.99 per person (TWO PARTICIPANTS PER DAY) Must be 10 years old and at least 48 inches to participate. 48-54 inches must be accompanied by adult 18 years or older.

Dolphin Encounter

179.99 per person/ Participants of all ages may participate in the Dolphin Encounter program. Children under 48 inches must be accompanied by a paying adult (1 adult per child). Children over 48 inches can participate alone in the Encounter Program, although an adult accompaniment is highly recommended. Children under 39 inches are no charge and need to be accompanied by an adult (1 adult per child).
