Captain James Meriweather of I’m Hooked Fishing Charters, the sister boat of Tarpon Time with Captain Jeff Malone at Hawks Cay Resort & Marina. Captain James was born and raised in the bayous of Louisiana, where fishing is simply a way of life. With a lifetime on the water and the past two years guiding in the Florida Keys, he brings Southern charm, deep knowledge, and a true passion for putting guests on fish. About the Boat: 21-ft Egret Moccasin with a 200hp 4 stroke Suzuki engine. It is a great boat for fishing in skinny water and anchoring up around bridges and in Florida Bay. It is fast, comfortable and stable, and because it rocks very little you never need to worry about getting seasick.
