Dolphin Connection requires that guests with any medical restrictions, special needs or fish allergies email frontofficedc@dolphinconnection.com or call us at (305) 289-9975 to make a reservation. There is a ramp to access the dockside experience. Please note that there are no lifts for the in-water experience.
For the dolphin’s health and safety, all jewelry must be removed prior to the beginning of each program. For liability reasons, NO personal cameras, cell phones or any electronic items/devices are permitted on the docks or in the water at anytime, on/during/or after program. These items are approved to have at our beach and overlook areas for any observers.
Cancellation Policy
All Dolphin Connection programs cancelled are non-refundable. Dolphin interactive experiences require full payment at the time of booking. Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Programs are not canceled due to rain or cold. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation at (305) 289-9975 or (305) 289-0136 between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
Additional Information
For your convenience, staff photographers are present at each program, and photos will be available for purchase. Participants are highly encouraged to check-in at the Dolphin Connection facility 15-20 minutes prior to their program time. We recommend coming program ready and with a towel and change of clothes, if needed. Wetsuits and life vest provided.
